By accessing or using the services provided by Express Web Studio ("we," "us," or "our") at expresswebstudio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Express Web Studio provides website design, digital marketing, and AI-powered automation services (including AI website tools and AI receptionist solutions) to local businesses across the United States.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding agreements to use our services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Services are billed on a subscription basis as described at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service, available at stripe.com/legal.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failed payments may result in suspension of service.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at mike@expresswebstudio.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued.

If you use our platform to manage data belonging to your own clients or customers, you are solely responsible for:

Obtaining proper consent to collect and process that data

Complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws

The accuracy and legality of the content and data you upload or send through the platform

You agree not to use our services to:

Send unsolicited spam, unlawful marketing, or fraudulent communications

Violate any applicable law or third-party rights

Upload harmful code, malware, or attempt to disrupt the platform

Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or business

All software, branding, and platform technology remain the property of their respective owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended business purpose during your active subscription.

Our platform is built on third-party software infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by that underlying provider that may affect our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Express Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 (833) 373-0681. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages/month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
